Current Clariberry bottles use a hot-bottling process developed with a process authority for shelf stability. An unopened current bottle has a six-month shelf life. Follow the date and storage directions printed on your bottle.
After opening, keep the syrup refrigerated. Older bottles made before the shelf-stable process may have different storage directions, so the bottle label is always the best guide.
