What is in Clariberry?
Our recipe uses elderberry juice, Ontario honey, lemon juice and cinnamon. The berries provide a rich, gently tart flavour; honey balances the tartness; lemon adds brightness; cinnamon brings a little warmth. We make it in Ontario with locally sourced elderberries and honey from Ontario beekeepers.
Clariberry is sold as a food. Our serving ideas are ways to enjoy its flavour, not a medicinal dose. We do not make illness-prevention or treatment claims for the syrup.

How does Clariberry keep?
Current bottles are hot-bottled for shelf stability and have a six-month unopened shelf life. Refrigerate after opening. Older bottles carrying refrigerated-storage instructions should still be stored according to their own labels. Our storage guide explains the change.
