Small-batch elderberry syrup, made in Ontario
Clariberry is a rich, gently tart elderberry syrup balanced with Ontario honey, bright lemon and warming cinnamon. We make it in small batches in Oshawa, Ontario, using locally sourced elderberries and honey from Ontario beekeepers.
Each 8 oz bottle is a food to enjoy in your kitchen: stir it into tea, drizzle it over breakfast or mix a berry spritz. Order a single bottle to try it, or choose two or more to receive the current multi-buy savings shown in your cart.
Four familiar ingredients
- Elderberry juice: the rich berry flavour at the heart of the recipe.
- Ontario honey: a smooth sweetness that balances the berries.
- Lemon juice: a bright, gently tart finish.
- Cinnamon: a little warmth to bring it together.
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives are added. The recipe contains honey, so it is not vegan and must not be given to children under 12 months.
Shelf-stable before opening
Our current bottles use our new hot-bottling process and have a six-month unopened shelf life. Refrigeration is not required while the bottle is unopened. Follow the date and instructions on your bottle; the six months describes the unopened shelf life, not an additional six months from delivery.

We normally hand orders to the carrier the same or next business day. Our typical delivery estimates after dispatch are 1–3 days in Ontario and approximately 4–5 days elsewhere in Canada. These are estimates; carrier service and destination can affect arrival.
